Lofts at Gateway – Not Just a Cool Place to Live
As UT students begin to prepare for finals and long hours at the library, the Lofts at Gateway continue to develop a new kind of market rate student-centered environment. This time next year, students will be able to step down the hall to one of the Loft’s academic study rooms and from the convenience of their apartment building, participate in group review/study sessions and access UT Libraries via an online portal.
The intention is to provide our students everything they need to be successful academically within a short walk of their residence. Hungry while studying? Walk down to the first floor where Jimmy John’s and Gradkowski’s Sports Grille are located. Need supplies or coffee? Barnes & Noble Bookstore and Starbucks are two of the specialty retailers just outside your door.
While students get away for the holidays, The University of Toledo Foundation’s Lofts at Gateway will not be taking a break. The Foundation’s guarantee to deliver an urban living environment for UT students is well on its way to fruition. To continue following our progress, visit: http://www.utoledo.edu/dorrstreetgateway.
