As the spring semester ends, most students are thinking of “moving-out” rather than “moving in”, but the Lofts at Gateway team is busy preparing to welcome student residents back to campus in August.  Construction will end soon and the final touches of modern furniture, fixtures, and appliances will soon be in place to greet those students that will be calling the Lofts their home!

Offering students a chance to take a well deserved breather, we hosted “Pizza Study Breaks” during the final two weeks of the semester leading into exam week.  The study breaks attracted over a hundred students to tour the model unit.

UT students are thrilled about the opportunity to live where convenience of location and campus living meet.  A UT junior and new resident said it best; “Not only do Lofts at Gateway have more of a mature, off-campus feel while still being near campus, but the property is within walking distance of all of my classes; and will be one floor above all of the hottest places to eat, shop, and hang out next year!”
