The UT health sciences are also getting organized, with one team of 22 led b y Dr Richard Paat already underway and one or more being formed for later travel and deployment. We are simultaneously working with Project Hope, the American College of Surgeons, the Association of American Medical Colleges and other medical organizations highly focused on this tragedy.

As time passes, the needs continue to change from a social, law enforcement and health care perspective. Out students, staff and faculty continue to give generously, offering supplies, funds and indeed their time. Our thanks and admiration for all envolved. We are truly an engaged university.
