Join us for an elegant “Evening of Chance”!

Join the UTMBDC for An Evening of Chance 7-10 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9 at Parkway Place in Maumee, Ohio.

Monte Carlo is coming to Toledo! For one night only, join The University of Toledo Minority Business Development Center (UTMBDC) for its inaugural fundraiser, “An Evening of Chance.” This elegant night of games, music, and food will be hosted 7 – 10 p.m. on Thursday, October 9 at Parkway Place in Maumee, OH.

After arriving on the red carpet, guests will enjoy a moment of ‘fame’ at the Photobooth before proceeding to play Roulette, Craps, Blackjack, Texas Hold’em and more.  Each ticket will provide gaming money, with additional purchases available.

Between playing games, guests can also bid on items in the silent auction. The evening features a variety of delicious food stations and soft bar, as well as a cash bar.  “An Evening of Chance” will conclude with an awards ceremony, highlighting local minority business owners, and a live auction will be held as the culminating event.

The UTMBDC is an integral component of the Office of Equity, Diversity and Community Engagement and the Division of External Affairs. Located at Scott Park Campus Center of Energy and Innovation, its mission is to foster an environment that supports early-stage minority-owned businesses via services such as office space, training, mentoring and a professional network of advisors.
