As this year comes to a close some of us are planning to stay and some are going home to spend time with families, work or simply enjoy the time off. But as we leave, I hope everyone continues to embrace and cherish the wonderful memories that we all have shared this year! There have been so many things that have taken place here at UT from student accomplishments to great academic strides! I was given an interesting outlook for the end of this year at a Towne Hall meeting from our President, Dr. Jacobs. He said that, we should take this time to remember everything that we had to culminate to this one point.

What I got from it, was that we should look back onto what made us who we are and embrace those moments and memories. There are no goodbyes, but only long breaks and constant reminders. For those who are graduating, its not goodbye, but just a long break as you are a part of this great school, so it is a part of you. For those of you along with myself, that are taking a short pardon from the year to be with families or friends, we are here to carry on the spirit and inspiration of those who are leaving and to leave our own legacies in this wondrous University! We are headed to inspire, to help others to aspire to create a wonderful place that the University of Toledo is going to be!

For all of those out there, have a wonderful and exciting Summer and Go Rockets!
