On April 6 and 7 the Center for Excellence in Autism hosted a presentation for more than 160 people by Judy Endow, advocate, author and parent. Also a big thanks to WGTE and the crew of their Knowledge Stream program who came and taped Judy’s presentation on April 6th. Keep checking the link below, the show will be posted in the near future.

Sherry Moyer is the Executive/Research Director of the new University of Toledo Center for Excellence in Autism. She comes to UT with 10 years of national experience in the Autism advocacy and service delivery community. Sherry ‘s focus will be to help coordinate UT and community resources to build a lifespan of services, professional development and research opportunities for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD), their families and the people who support them. Throughout the month of April, Sherry will blog about new advances in ASD research, interventions, personal experiences and the exciting new opportunities at the university as the Center of Excellence comes to life.
