Hello!! I hope that everyone had a fabulous summer!! Most kids are back in school and life is returning to normal. Whatever normal is, right?
Rocket Wellness is excited to offer some upcoming programs.
Fall into Fitness begins September 29th. This fun and free program will encourage you to incorporate physical activity into your regular routine. Just complete and submit your weekly challenges for your chance at prizes. There is no registration needed. The more the merrier, so make sure you encourage and challenge your colleagues to participate as well. Perhaps a little competition between departments?!

Also, to help you get moving, contact South YMCA at Morse Center (419-383-5359)! I have attached the Fall 1 group exercise schedule. UT employees have several options~
Become a Max member of the YMCA. UT employees receive 15% off the regular rate. Join before September 21st and the joiner fee is waived for additional savings.
Join as Morse Center only member. This grants you unlimited access to the Morse Center.
Register for classes only at the low rate of $45.

Kary Whearty is the Health Promotion Coordinator at the Morse Center. She has a passion and energy for fitness and overall well-being. Kary graduated from The University of Toledo in 2001 with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She has worked at the university for 8 years in various capacities. She is a group exercise instructor at The YMCA and really enjoys meeting new people that attend her classes.
