New Eyes! A NEW Student Produced and Edited Magazine

International travel not only educates our students, it inspires them to find their calling and make a difference. The Center for International Studies and Programs (CISP)’s own Kaylee Henman is one such student who wanted to share what she learned overseas to inspire other Rocket’s to take the leap of faith and push their own boundaries. When she returned home from studying in Spain, she knew she wanted to continue to be involved in UT Study Abroad. After successfully interviewing, she was brought onto CISP’s student staff in the summer of 2012. She has now taken what she has learned in her journalism courses, and her passion for international education, to create CISP’s first Student Travel Journal – New Eyes!

New Eyes is open to all students – graduate or undergraduate, who would like to share their poems, photography, journal entries, or other personal works. Click the photo below to read the first issue!
