Once again it’s time for Holi-Toledo

Every year you’ll see students walking around campus with very colorful clothing in the spring (see picture below).  This is Holi Toledo, an all-campus celebration of Holi, an Indian holiday with Hindu roots to celebrate spring.   On the day of Holi, people throw colored powder and liquids at each other. A common greeting during this time is, “Happy Holi.”  It’s a great day with a lot of fun, laughter, music and discovery.  Come join in the fun and plan on getting a little messy.

Here are a few details:

Holi Toledo is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 from 3 to 5 p.m.
